persona non grata 불청객

Persona non grata (Latin, plural: personae non gratae), literally meaning "an unwelcome person", is a legal term used in diplomacy that indicates a proscription against a person entering the country. It is the most serious form of censure which one country can apply to foreign diplomats, who are otherwise protected by diplomatic immunity from arrest and other normal kinds of prosecution. The antonym of persona non grata is persona grata.

Barge in on

barge in (on) (…에) 함부로 참견하다, 끼어들다.

Still, there is evidence that a peaceful insurgency against American hegemony has begun. Obama and his secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, encountered this at the global climate conference last December, when they barged in on a private meeting orchestrated by Chinese officials, who intended to get India, Brazil, and South Africa to block a pact.

Tuesdays with Morrie

In the book, there are good answers to the question of why we need a family and children. I totally agree with Morrie that you couldn't have such experience as raising children without actually raising them.

The meaning of family

"This is part of what a family is about, not just love, but letting others know there's someone who is watching out for them. It's what I missed so much when my mother died –what I call your 'spiritual security' – knowing that your family will be there watching out for you. Nothing else will give you that. Not money. Not fame."
